I had a family member's home that had a smoke smell  and she assisted with treatment to have it resolved. She came after hours and coordinated with the listing agent as we were putting house on market. Jordon was our point-person from start to finish of the mitigation and demolition work and from the beginning, he made a stressful situation as easy to deal with as possible given the circumstances. He was always easy to get ahold of by phone and text and was incredibly responsive anytime we had questions (which, as first-timers going through something like this, we had a lot of). He took the time to explain the work his team was doing and helped us understand each step of the process, which we really appreciated. Jordan B. cleaned up 3 rooms of standing water, got fans and dehumidifiers going right away. He returned each day for several days to ensure our home was drying out properly. Because this wasn’t covered by our insurance, he was able to conservatively remove sections of drywall and insulation to limit damage and repairs as much as he could while still getting us dry. He treated the studs to avoid mold growth. Each day he came into our home with a smile and compassion for us. Our second floor sink water shut off pipe broke and flooded our bathroom and first floor playroom.  They were out to our house within the hour of the event.
